CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley announced that a Cuyahoga County grand jury has returned an indictment charging Nathan George, 21, Quincy Purcell, 20, Elizabeth Sindhi, 20, Raissa Rih-Reh, 22, Benjamin Mullin-Vanneste, 22, Amelia Morris, 25, Neelan McMillian, 21, Kamal Alkayali, 21, Amir Wilson, 22, Jenna Muhieddine, 20, and Sarah Selan, 22, for vandalism and breaking and entering at Case Western Reserve University.

On November 8, 2024, between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m., Nathan George, Quincy Purcell, Elizabeth Sindhi, Raissa Rih-Reh, Benjamin Mullin-Vanneste, Amelia Morris, Neelan McMillian, Kamal Alkayali, Amir Wilson, Jenna Muhieddine, and Sarah Selan broke into Case Western Reserve University near Euclid Avenue and Adelbert Road in Cleveland.

They split into two groups and vandalized both the north and south sides of campus. They dumped and smeared gallons of red paint over multiple buildings, walkways, outdoor tables, an electrical pole, and on a statue of retired chemistry professor “Doc Oc.” – causing $400,000 in damages. The Case Western Reserve University Police Department responded to the scene.

On February 18, 2025, Nathan George, Quincy Purcell, Elizabeth Sindhi, Raissa Rih-Reh, Benjamin Mullin-Vanneste, Amelia Morris, Neelan McMillian, Amir Wilson, Jenna Muhieddine, Kamal Alkayali, and Sarah Selan, were indicted on the following charges:

  • One count of Vandalism
  • One count of Possessing Criminal Tools
  • One count of Breaking and Entering

Kamal Alkayali was additionally indicted on the following charge for repeatedly calling a Case Western Associate Dean:

  • One Count of Telecommunications Harassment

They will be arraigned at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center at a later date.
